Yogi Tea

Sat Nam,

For those of you who'd like to make the tea that we have after class. X

10oz (315ml) Water

2 Slices of fresh ginger (optional)

3 Cloves

4 Green cardamon pods cracked

4 Black peppercorns

1/2 Stick of cinnamon

1/4 Teaspoon black tea (or teabag)

Yogi tea is excellent to drink alone but extra milk or honey can be added to make another taste.

Bring water to the boil and add the spices, remove from heat, add black tea, let it steep for 1-2 mins, remove tea and add honey or milk if you wish.

After a hard session of Yoga this tea helps the nervous system.
