Sat Nam,
Yesterday we did the workshop for the 2nd chakra which deals with relationships, emotion, duality, polarity, creativity and sexuality amongst other things. It was a really lovely day with good company and some great Yoga. We worked with the Dolphin energy for the whole day, after the kriya we did a pathwalking meditation which worked really well and then we sat down for food and questions at the end.
At the end of the day when people went home I reviewed the workshop as a success!
I feel that we all had an experience of the 2nd chakra energy and more understand the part that this centre plays in our interaction with other people and ourselves.
We've booked the Navel Chakra in for the 5th June starting at 5pm I'm looking forward to working with the energy of Fire.
