We have some workshops about to begin- details are listed below.
A Journey Through the Chakras
The Chakras are energy centers that run up through the length of the spine. We work with them in Yoga and in Healing to reach balance and acheive optimum health physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

There will be a series of workshops running March through to July aimed at giving you a full experience of each Chakra in it's turn.
- We will do Yoga dedicated to the energy centre
- Eat food relating to the element involved
- Discuss the influence the centre has on our overall health
- Explore crystals and colour
- Get creative
- Meditate and connect
Details for the workshops are:
Base Chakra- Sunday 27th March 12-4pm
Sacral Chakra-Sunday 10th April 12-4pm
Navel Chakra- Sunday 24th April 12-4pm
Heart Chakra- Sunday 22nd May 12-4pm
3rd Eye Chakra-Sunday 5th June 6-10pm
Crown Chakra-Saturday 2nd July 12-4pm
The workshops are designed to work together or stand alone and are open to all. If you know which Chakra you want to work on please do contact me and we can arrange for you to attend on that day.
Cost for each Workshop is £20
