Our new Monday eve class has started at Butterfly Studio in Meersbrook where we have much more room to move about.
We did a singing meditation and found that the acoustics promise to generate a beautiful sound should we fill it with our enthusiasm.
The music system is also a real bonus, we played some Gong music in relaxation and it was really effective.
Anyone wanting to join these sessions needs to let me know beforehand as I have to let you in.
