Springtime News

Sat Nam and Happy Spring,

A few changes are happening in my world that I'd like to inform you of.

As an effort to include all into our practice I have started a Kundalini Yoga Fit class on Monday's 12.30pm till 2pm at Pampered on Abbeydale Rd, Sheffield..
This is Yoga for the body and mind where we focus on the body and calming the mind.Tthe mantra and spirituality are taken away from the complete system and some Hatha and Sivananda postures inserted.

We have a new Kundalini Yoga class setting up in Butterfly Studio on Valley Rd, Meersbrook Sheffield. 7pm till 8.30pm all welcome, bookings needed.

What to expect in a Kundalini Yoga class:

Firstly the group has a wonderful energy and newcomers soon settle into the circle, we welcome beginners and experienced alike as we recognise the equal worth in all beings.
Anyone wanting to find things out about the local community would do well to come.
Practically we tune in with a Mantra to open and protect our space and then we warm up for 20-30 mins getting our bodies and mind in the right place to access our soul energy then we start the work..
The Kriya's are sets of exercises given for specific results, these can range from Organ Work to Energy Centre's, Subtle Bodies and Mind.
In the Kriya you will use Mantra, Breath and Movement. You will go beyond your mind and achieve things you didn't feel possible at the beginning of the exercise with the power of your own will.
We find this spills out into our everyday life and we achieve more than we thought we could.
With proper commitment Kundalini Yoga brings Grace..... and with this we can unite the races and heal the World.
